Key Features

Four Independent Outputs

Each SPD4000X model provides four independently controllable outputs, making it suitable for multi-rail embedded boards, analog front ends, RF modules and production fixtures that need several rails from one instrument.

CH2 / CH3 Series and Parallel Modes

The two main channels can be combined in series or parallel where higher voltage or higher current is needed, while the remaining channels continue to support auxiliary rails.

1 mV / 1 mA Resolution

The 5-digit voltage and current display gives fine setting and readback control for low-voltage digital rails, analog bias points and controlled power-sequencing work.

Graphical Waveform and Timer Display

The 4.3-inch 480 × 272 TFT-LCD shows real-time output changes and timer/list information, making multi-channel power behaviour easier to monitor during tests.

Remote Sense on High-current Channels

Remote voltage compensation helps correct cable drop on high-current channels, improving the voltage actually delivered at the DUT terminals.

USB, LAN and Web Control

USB and LAN interfaces support SCPI automation, LabVIEW integration and web-browser control for bench automation, validation rigs and production test setups.

Applications

Multi-rail Prototype Power

Power MCU, FPGA, memory, analog and interface rails simultaneously from one compact supply.

Positive and Negative Rail Setup

Use multiple outputs for op-amp, sensor, ADC/DAC and bias-rail validation without stacking separate bench supplies.

Power Sequencing and Functional Test

Use SCPI control, list operation and remote monitoring for automated DUT power-up, margining and acceptance tests.

Converter and Load-stage Biasing

Provide control, gate-drive, auxiliary and main-rail supplies during converter prototype and validation work.

Advanced Teaching Lab PSU

Useful for electronics labs that need several isolated outputs for complex experiments and project work.

Long-duration Monitoring

Real-time waveform display and save/recall support repeated validation setups and long-duration bench tests.
